Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Debit and Credit Card Payments through our website. 

For domestic transactions: Bank transfer via BPI and BDO or payment transfer through GCash.

Ordering and delivery

How do I order?

You may place all your orders through our website, or send us a direct message on any of our social media channels.

How much will it cost to ship your products?

Free shipping for a minimum purchase of Php 2,500.00.

For purchases below Php 2,500.00, shipping fees are as follows:

Nationwide: Php 180.00

Delivery within Davao City: Php 99.00 (Within 5KM radius from Downtown Area)

How long does it take to get my order?

Please verify that your items and shipping address are correct before complete your order. All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days, excluding major sale events.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information before shipping. We will ship to the shipping address given at the time of checkout. We will not credit or refund any additional amounts charged in the delivery of the package. The Baby Dazzle is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.

Packages marked as delivered, but are 'not received' are the customer's responsibility to locate. Once the package leaves our hands we are no longer liable. Please contact your local post office to escalate an investigation on your behalf but, we are not able to track down lost packages on our end.

We do not issue refunds on lost packages.

Do you send proof?

Our products are very fast-moving and we focus all our efforts to keep up with quick turn around to ensure you receive your orders as soon as possible. As of the moment, we do not send proof.

What is your return policy?

We strive hard to check each item before shipping.  But if there is still damage, kindly email support@thebabydazzle.co within 15 days after the order is received.
